Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at care@strongermenutrition.com.
- Once your cancellation request is acknowledged, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Stronger Me Nutrition does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless:
- The product has been damaged in transit.
- The product has physical defects.
- An incorrect product was shipped.
To raise a return or refund request, please email us at care@strongermenutrition.com with photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product is unused.
- The product seal is intact.
- The serial number remains untampered.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Process:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and validate the claim.
- If the return is approved:
- A replacement or refund will be issued.
- If the return is not approved:
- The product will be couriered back to you.
Refund Timeline:
- For online payments:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after return approval.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders:
- Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after return approval.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched, confirming its acceptance.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be processed once you confirm your order via email or mobile.
Please note that the dispatch of all products in your order may or may not happen at the same time.
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners strive to bring your package to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders with a billing value of ₹699 or more.
- For orders below ₹699, a shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied.
Please note that Stronger Me Nutrition currently ships only within India.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
